RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love your Nuvolab pieces. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

 

RETURN WINDOW

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

 

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

 

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Have the hygiene seal intact

  • Be returned in their original packaging

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear.

Items showing signs of wear, makeup marks, stains, removed hygiene seals, or damage will not be accepted. Nuvolab reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact:

Include your order number and reason for return.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Nuvolab is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are issued for the value of the returned item only.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or style is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

 

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased with a discount of 15% or more are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

No refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Items discounted 30% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are non-refundable. These charges are imposed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
